At Astrual, we believe in fast, hassle-free fun—which is why we offer FREE shipping on all orders! No hidden fees, no surprises—just your kid’s next favorite activity, on its way to you.

How Long Until Your Order Ships?

We do a happy dance every time an order comes in, and we start packing it up within 1-3 business days. During busy times (like holidays), it might take up to 8 business days—but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Once your order is handed off to our shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way! 🚀

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery time depends on where you live. Here’s a rough idea:

📍 United States – 4-7 Business Days
📍 United Kingdom – 5-8 Business Days
📍 European Union – 5-8 Business Days

Shipping times may be a bit longer during peak seasons, customs delays, or if the shipping gods just decide to have a bad day.

Need to Change Your Order? Act Fast!

Accidentally put 123 Imaginary Street instead of your actual address? It happens! Email us at hello@astrual.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to fix it.

If our team has already packed and shipped your order, we won’t be able to change it. (At that point, even carrier pigeons wouldn’t be able to help.)

What If My Package is Delayed?

We know waiting is the hardest part, but sometimes shipping delays happen. Weather, courier issues, or customs holdups can slow things down. Unfortunately, once it leaves our hands, it’s out of our control—but we’re always happy to help you track it down!

Lost or Stolen Packages

We wish we could personally deliver each order (preferably in a superhero cape), but once a package is marked delivered, we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing:
🔍 Check with neighbors, family members, or your front porch—sometimes packages get dropped in unexpected places!
📞 Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue and file a claim.

While we can’t issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, we may be able to offer a replacement depending on the situation.
