At Astrual, we believe in stress-free, screen-free fun—and we want you to feel just as confident about your purchase as your little artist does when they grab their markers! Try your pajamas for at least 14 days and see the magic for yourself. If you’re still not loving them, don’t worry—you have 60 days to request a return. Just email us at hello@astrual.com, and we’ll make it easy.

Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or change your order, reach out within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order is in processing, it’s out of our hands (literally!). If we can cancel it in time, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

We know once your little one gets coloring, they’ll be hooked—but if for any reason you’re not feeling the love, you can return your order after 14 days, within our 60-day guarantee. Just a heads-up: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Oops, It Arrived Damaged? We Got You!

We do our best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition, but sometimes shipping gremlins have other plans. If your item shows up damaged or defective, email us at hello@astrual.com within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo, and we’ll send you a replacement for free.

A few notes: If it’s just a dented box but the product inside is fine, that doesn’t count as damage. Also, we can’t replace items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, rough play, or accidental marker explosions (we’ve all been there).

Shipping & Delivery—Where’s My Order?

We work hard to get your order out the door ASAP, but sometimes delays happen (couriers, customs, and all that fun stuff). If your package is running late, please check your tracking info or contact the courier for updates. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Double-Check That Address!

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout—because once it’s shipped, it’s officially on an adventure! If you realize there’s a mistake, let us know within 24 hours. If we don’t catch it in time, we can’t guarantee a refund or a reship.
