At Astrual, we care about your wellness — and your confidence in trying something new. That’s why we offer a 60-day return window on unopened products.
🛍️ Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
Need to cancel or modify your order? No stress — just email us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing or shipped.
If we can catch it in time, we’ll cancel and refund you within 7 business days.
💸 Returns: Unopened Products Only
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 60 days of your order date. Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened, used, or tampered-with items.

📦 Damaged or Defective? We’ll Make It Right.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
